My Documents folder opens after startup. 1

Hello,

I have a Windows 2000 computer when it gets to the desktop after start up the My Documents folder is open on the Desktop what could be making this happen? I tried every disable My Documents in gpedit and noting seems to stop this.

Any tips?

Is there anything in the Startup folder pointing to the "My Documents Folder"? Look in
C:\Documents and Settings\User Id\Start Menu\Programs\Startup, or in
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup or

Yes,a copy of My Documents was in the Startup folder. Deleted it now works fine.
