MXe/SX 2000 Per cab/SC1000

I have an MXe connected to SX2000 Per Cabs and using a SC1000 Console. I have disconnected the SC1000 due faulty 12V AC power adapter. Now I have dial tone but can't dial from the phones. Could this be due to the missing SC1000 Console.
