MXe 3300 export and import

Hi all,
I have little knowledge in MXe3300 but had some experience with sx2000. My question is : when i export Telephone Directory to csv file and change some fields like rename user and import it to MXe 3300,i find that the change did not happen.someone told me that you can only add but not change.

Use "User Configuration" or "User and Device Configuration" (depends on what release you're running) for changes, and only import the ones that are being changed.
