MWI not working on SX 200 1

I have an SX200 V4.0 that is now having issues with the MWI not working. Problem just started customer said nothing has changed. tried emptying the mailbox and added a message, the message is there just no light I check the COS of the IP set and VM everything is in there going by the default in the THB. Also did a status of the port and they show waiting for call.
 
Is this only affecting 1 mailbox and not others (assumed)

Check form 35 for the extension, is there a conflict with another number?

Check form 50 mailbox. Does the extension programmed match the mailbox number?

It's all the IP sets. going back this morning to create an analog extension and see if that one gets the MWI
 
can you do a send message from the console (assuming you have one) and does that light your message waiting light?
 
Check COS options 231 and 232

Neither are required for IP sets. Make sure both are off.

Both 231 and 232 disable mailboxs match extensions and i'm not able to do a send message.
 
confirm what cos your mailboxes are in, ensure all mailbox ports are programmed in form 9 and only ones programmed in form 17 that the DSP support and in cos of voicemail make sure you have option 259
form 17 for voicemail must be terminal hunt
 
That was it pandabear1 somehow the hunt group was set to ring changed it to stn/set MWI now working. Thanks a star for you.
