So I had my phone provider, AT&T move some analogue lines onto the PRI from the outside as those numbers were getting a lot of buzzing and annoying noises when they placed calls. Now I need to reconfigure those lines from the analogue to the PRI on my phone system. I'm just not sure how I should go about doing this. I have never worked with an Avaya phone system. It's always been Cisco or Toshiba. Anyway, I do have license for 32 instances on the PRI. So that's not really an issue.

Does anybody have any helpful hints as how I can accomplish this?
Thanks...

all you need to do is build incoming call routes for these and point them to where they need to go

Would I have to restart the phone system After I do this?

Hmmm... Then I wonder what I'm doing wrong because its no working.

I built the incoming call for this outside numbers to route to the proper extension. Still routes to main phone number.

Then run a monitor trace, see where the call takes a wrong turn.

My best guess would be that there is no number presentation on the incoming call, following the default ICR.

Kind regards

Gunnar
