Hi all, I've done a fair bit of googling, and have followed the instructions to lthe letter.. But I just can't get MOH on a server edition to change from tones. I have a .wav in 8k PCM 16 Bit Mono called HoldMusic.wav and transfered it to opt/ipoffice/tones/mohwavdir usinf embedded file manager then restarted. I have set MOH source to external restart. Using the music shortcode I only ever get hold tones. I haven't changed anything else. Any ideas?!

If you just gonna use one file you can place it in opt/ipoffice/system/primary

Brilliant, that worked, it's the asme way I've been doing it on IPO 500 chassis for years, just out of interest, the documentation specifies using opt/ipoffice/tones/mohwavdir. Do I need to do something with the alternate settings under 'tones and music'?
