I have two companies on an embedded voice mail. Is it possible to have each company night greeting change at different times?

I have split the voice mail ports for each company.
Ports 1-8 using primary greeting set 1 with all 8 ports in tenant 1 and night service leader for tenant 1 is 1.
Ports 9-12 using alternate greeting set 2 with ports 9-12 in tenant 2 and night service leader for tenant 2 is 2.
When I change tenant 1 into day mode, I can see its only changing tenant 1 into day mode. Tenant 2 still shows in night mode 1. However, when I call the tenant 2 voice mail hunt, it is also switched into day mode.

Is it possible to have separate night control for voice mail ports?

Running MCD 5.0 SP2.

Thanks.

I don't think you can tenant the VM ports

Do you need dial by name?
Do you need dial by extension?

There are other options such as:

Yeah. I've done it the menu node way before. Not a huge fan of it. Exact reasons you questioned. Just hoping maybe I was just missing something using this setup. Pros and cons each way I guess. Thanks for the input.

If you need DBN then you're out of luck I think

Dial by extension can be achieved with a standard MB

I never use Menu Nodes as Auto-Att, only for Menu Trees.

Yeah. I don't think standard mailboxes can time out to an attendant. Unless you know a way. If not, no worries though. Can't cover every angle. If they really want to they can go nupoint. Thanks again.

We were talking night mode so I didn't think timing out to an attendant would be important.

I terminate the calls to teh General MB with the option to Dial by ext or wait to leave a message.

Yeah. Day mode the AA is backup. I guess the day message can say dial 0 for immediate assistance otherwise stay on line to leave message. Genius. Thanks.
