how do I enable the Record a Call feature on the Nupoint.
I went into the root of the MAS and performed a getids -L and saw that 140 Record a call is installed but disabled.
Hmm, I think the process might be different depending on whether your Nupoint is on MAS, Standalone, or Virtual but the above might work. I'm not sure about the choosing 3300 part but hey, it's been awhile.

Ok thank you Billz66. Now it is enabled. I am now able to have the recording start but when I press stop and save I don't have a message in my voicemail. What can be the cause?
recording only works on trunk calls , not extension to extension
Recorded calls dont activate the message wait lamp , have you accessed the mailbox to check ?
Does the user have fcos291 set

I am calling in using the trunk, not using extension to extension.
I am calling in to the voicemail and it says you have no new messages then gives me the options to change my VM programming.
Yes the user does have the FCOS 291 set.
My Nupoint is a MAS 4.0.31.0 version 15.0.0.37.01 and my mitel 3300 ICP is build 11.0.1.19.
I added extended hunt group but did not change anything.
