That controller is stuck in boot loop...
Something is bad in the controller...
Memory corrupt... i hope you have a database back up...
use the com port 9600 n 8 1 baud and watch as vx boot up how far does it get?
I get the feeling it could be a bad dsp or a bad quad cim. I suspect system software as my guess.. the cde is stored seprate from
System software...

If the machine was exposed to a lot of heat
The board can warp and have errors like an xbox 360 with the red ring of death...
I had a icp that had this issue...
I loosen screws on the mainboard cover off and heated it with a hair dryer and got it to load one last time so i could get the cde... good luck...

Definitely have to connect to the Maintenance port and watch it boot.

This looks old enough that it has a hard drive (or hard drives, if a redundant). I recently had issues with both types. With the redundant drive system, I got lucky. I popped out drive 2, tried to boot it, but it failed. I popped out drive 1, inserted drive 2 and it booted OK with just a major alarm because the missing drive. I bought a replacement drive of the EXACT same type and got it back to 100%.

If it only has a single drive, and it's bad, then you are going to have to go through the long process of installing the software from scratch on a new drive. First, you will need to get the Application Record for that system. Then you will need to download the proper Software Installer and system software load from the Mitel Download Center. And maybe the Tech Handbook from the Doc Center, if you don't already have it. This process takes hours. And many years ago, I had to do it twice on a CX after the first attempt failed.

Anyway, good luck.

buy a drive with software on it from
Istreamcom.com its a typical mom and pop type company. I shop with them as well..100% positive feedback from me..

Dear Everyone,

Thanks for your help on my issue, I'll will try first to connect RS-232 in maintenance port to watch it boot

Hi Everyone,

Here is the capture of booting sequence.
I see that booting failure is in DM. Is there any way solve this issue

Drive is bad or corrupt.
If the system has two drives, pull one of them and power it up. If that didn't resolve it, put it back in and pull the other and try again.
If the system only has one drive, you'll need to rebuild the system.
You'll need the following:
1 - the most recent backup.
2 - Replacement drive or drives (if redundant) - Sandisk X600 128GB or 256GB SSD will work. - https://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-X600-2-5-SATA-256G/dp/B077ZF8F5W

3 - App Record ID - this is a must as the system will need to communicate to Mitel to get its licenses.

4 - Software - If the app record doesn't have SWA, you'll need to use the SAME software stream that was on it. If MiVB 7, you'll need that.
4a - you'll also need the Certificate update for pre MiVB9 - without it, the licensing will not work.

Also note that the system output you posted shows it had 512MB RAM. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00C53BOT6

With the SSD and memory, your system will be capable of upgrade to MiVB 9 and above.

Depending on where you are, I might be able to help.
