Hi all,
I have a problem, rather a question, about the Mitel auto attendant. I have everything set up fine from a perspective of dialling in to the AA, the greetings are set up fine and the transfer mailboxes are in place and all route to the destinations correctly based on pressing 1, 2, 3 etc.
My greeting offers the ability to dial an extension number (should you know it) before making a choice based on the AA options; i.e. a user can dial 1001 before the rest of the greeting message and be transferred to extension 1001. Simple in theory but in practise this try's to transfer to extension 001. If I dial 11001 it wil transfer to 1001. Is there any reason this would be the case, stripping the leading digit?
Thanks
