Hi all...I'm having an issue with analogs trunks connected to a 3300 CX ver. 6.0 ....... intermittentlly it would misdial a number....if I dial the number again sometimes it goes out fine...some other times I get the "call can not be completed as dialed" recording from the phone company....must of the times when I hit the redial button it goes out fine...

I would program an ARS Call Progress Tone Detection.

This happen when the digit are send before you received the dial tone.

Enter tone plan number 1.
Enter Maximum wait for a tone 5.
Enter action on time-out, Busy Tone.
Enter tone to detect, XXX Precise Dial Tone. (where xxx is your dial tone ..NA Precise Dial Tone for North America)
Enter action to take Outpulse DTMF.

In the ARS Digit Modification Plans Form
insert <T01>

If you open the Command line, do a CCS Call trace and dial the number, then you can see if extra numbers are being entered.

The 3300 does not wait for dialtone unless you tell it to. As such, some digits may be clipped at the beginning.

Most likely the issue will be resolved with p011406's solution.
