Mitel 3000 aka Inter- Tel Encore CX

I am having TROUBLE getting a Mitel 3000 aka Inter-Tel Encore CX seeing the 8 port expansion modules.

Under diagnostics in the remote software, I see the expansion modules are installed but not communicating????
