Hello,
I am currently configuring an Avaya IP Office 9.1.0.0 build 437 with a Unified Communications Module. Everything has been going great for the install until I utilize the SSA. My credentials work to log in but when I click on extension I get he following error
"The new view failed to load. SSI Protocol Error"
I have also tried to access the SSA through the IP address of my chassis with no luck.
Has anyone had this similar issues resolved? Any input would be great.
