Issues after upgrade to MCD 4.0 SP4

I recently upgraded two systems to run MCD 4.0SP4, primary system and secondary used mainly for resiliency.

After the upgrade I'm getting database error in the primary controller, also I have noticed that when I select the secondary element in the user configuration form, it replicate the user as resilient user, but there is no name in the secondary element (Both User configuration form and Remote directory form).

In addition I have upgrade the SRC to Rls 2.2 to support 5550 IP console recording, when I point the console to the SRC there are no Caller ID for the inbound calls and the queuing.

Am I missed up somewhere???

sounds to me like the SDS was not initialized correctly. what version did you upgrade from? Where the systems clustered before the upgrade or have you migrated to GDM

I have upgraded from Rls 8.0UR5, there was improper cluster configuration. I have removed the cluster and created new one.
