Hello,
A customer of mine with several locations and only approximately 500 users spanned throughout the three sites is desiring a possible new system with some pretty robust features which in my experience would be a great fit for the IPO. My main exprience lies with the IPO however his recent lack of mobility has him desiring video conferencing. He has been having Polycom units installed at key conference room type locations but is now wanting to be able to video conference individual users. I know by reading the avaya site and other info that the Aura with the communications manager will deliver, but the cost of the CM is prohibitive and I think that for the money, the IPO delivers pretty solid features.
The cost difference seems to be a no-brainer but does anyone have any "tek-tips" in this area? Thanks in advance.
