Does IPO supports voicemail outcalling just like the Avaya enterprise do and which voicemail type supports this feature?

Thanks

I know that release 4.0.5 and above supports it. I am not sure about anything lower than that. I do have an issue with the one i have running. every time it out calls the voicemail crashes. THat is 4.0.18.

Dont know about enterprise but outcalling is an IPO feature in V4 yes.

I used voicemail outcalling in avaya enterprise VM wherein everytime I have a voicemail it automatically call my mobile phone to retrieve my message and with this I can be able to get back to them immediately. It will continuously call your mobile phone every 15 minutes interval depending on what is set in the voicemail if you happen not to retrieve your message. I wonder if this feature is already with IPO.

I am working with Avaya enterprise IPTEL and new here in IP office, wanted to go further.

Thanks

THere are 2 ways to do this. If you are running release 4.0 and above it is done right in the users mailbox. It is option number 6 if you are in intuity mode. Make sure you put the dial out code on it. Like we usually use 9 here in the us. If you are below release 4 you can do it with VM Pro and call ack actions.

here is another way, under users tab then source numbers. Here is the help;

P<Telephone Number>
This entry sets the destination for callback (outbound alert) calls from voicemail. Enter P followed by the telephone number including any necessary external dialing prefix, for example P917325559876. This facility is only available when using Voicemail Pro through which a default Callback or a user specific Callback start point has been configured. Refer to the Voicemail Pro documentation. This feature is separate from voicemail ringback.
