IPO v10 Missed Calls

In >System >Telephony >Call Log, I have checked all three options: "Default Centralised Call Log On", "Log Missed Calls Answered at Coverage" and "Log Missed Huntgroup Calls".
In >System >Telephony, "Default No Answer Time" is set to 20 seconds
In >Group, the respective Hunt Group has "Voicemail On" checked and "Voicemail Answer Time (secs)" set to 20

If a caller abandons the incoming call in less than 20 seconds, the call log records the event as expected
If a caller leaves a Voicemail, all is good
The problem is when a caller abandons the call after it has gone to Voicemail - as there's no message and nothing logged.
Any ideas, please?

 
Do you get the expected outcome on other installations at other customer sites? I remember a call log issue like this with some version of R9 but it was rectified with a patch and in subsequent releases.
I would perform the same test at other sites with the same or different software releases to see if this works like you want or not.

 
@Nortel4Ever Thanks for replying to my question, however I'm the tech person within our organisation, not an installer/supplier, therefore I don't have access to other IPOs to compare/test.
 
What type and model of phones?

What release of IP Office?

@sizbut, in answer to your three questions:
Phones: 9508
IPO Rel 10.0.0.2.0 build 10
No log entry, but happy in that there's a message
Log Missed Huntgroup Calls is set in >User >Telephony >Call Log against the respective group

The issue is this interim state, where if the caller had abandoned before being sent to VM, there would be a missed call log entry that could be actioned (and likewise had a VM been left, they would receive a callback. But when the call is abandoned with no VM left, there is no trace on the system (AFAIK) that the incoming call ever happened.
