In >System >Telephony >Call Log, I have checked all three options: "Default Centralised Call Log On", "Log Missed Calls Answered at Coverage" and "Log Missed Huntgroup Calls".
In >System >Telephony, "Default No Answer Time" is set to 20 seconds
In >Group, the respective Hunt Group has "Voicemail On" checked and "Voicemail Answer Time (secs)" set to 20
If a caller abandons the incoming call in less than 20 seconds, the call log records the event as expected
If a caller leaves a Voicemail, all is good
The problem is when a caller abandons the call after it has gone to Voicemail - as there's no message and nothing logged.
Any ideas, please?
