IPO to Cisco CCm

Have any of you guys gotten an IP connection to Cisco to work. I have looked at the doc and everything is set up right. Cisco is saying they see non standard info in the H323 header and i am stuck. We can get the call to ring but that is it. Does anyone have any ideas?

I've done it several times, not had any issues like you describe. Which document are you using to program either side? I've got on 2003 document provided by the Avaya Solution & Interoperability Test Lab that seems to work well.

JML I replied but they pulled it out. It had my email in it. I have that doc already but thank you.

I've got it working on two systems here in my office, I followed that document and monitored our Cisco guy do the same on his side, so hopefully it's just a parameter being off a bit on the CCM, cause there is very little on the IPO to change

I am not sure anyone will ever need this but i got this to work. I turns out that fast start was not enabled on the Cisco side of it. They were so fast to say we had non-standard H323. I love when the issue was not me.

glad you got it working kwing, and isn't it funny how that works sometimes, would have been nice had someone responded to your same question on the Cisco CM forums, might have saved you some time

someone can write the document name or number?? I have been looking for it but could not find anything. I am working an IPO-Cisco connection and it is not working fine. thanks in advance.
