I updated our Avaya IP Office system to 11.1.2.1 last week. Everything appeared to be working properly, but yesterday my boss noticed the CPU Utilization (which is found in System Status, under Resources) was very high, around 55%. I have since downgraded the system back to 11.1.2.0 to reduce this, and now it is steady around 5%.

Has anyone who has upgraded to 11.1.2.1 recently noticed this also? And if so, did you find a reason/solution or did you also have to downgrade?

Were you having any issues other than CPU usage being "high"?

As said, was there actually an perceivable issue? Meanwhile, one-X Portal is the usual culprit for resource hogging. If you go back to 11.1.2.1 and the high-usage is still being reported, see what happens if you stop the one-X Portal service.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

No issues that we noticed other than high CPU usage. I checked a customer's CUP Utilization who is using one-X and it is around 17%, not nearly as high as ours was.. Though they are not on 11.1.2.1

Also, while on 11.1.2.1, we turned the application server itself off to see if it was that. The Utilization remained high.
