looking to split some licences on 2 IP 500 V2's connected via SCN - 1 receptionist licence to another. Does anyone have a link to download the windows version of WebLM to setup so the licences between the 2 systems can be pooled and shared?

You would need to rehost the licenses in PLDS since the are licensed to the Host ID of each IP500.

Having a seperate WebLM won't help you since it's not that they can use the same license pool and only use what they need.

WebLM is only supported with server edition R10 or branch gateways.
