Hi ...

I have a Question on IPO.
I have IPO Rls.6, the License Installed is Eseential Edition, Preferred Edition, Advanced Edition
The Essential Edition is Invalid.
I have Installed 2 Combo Card and 2 DS Card, when I connected the phone on the DS cards its working but on Combo card not working.
Also the lines coming with combo not launched on Manager.
another note that the control unit is Demo system offered to our company by avaya.
is because the essential is invalid related or because the system is demo cause the combo not working.]

The card is probably a combo with ATMv2 fitted, so you need to be running at least the latest 8.1 for that to work. A demo kit should be on the latest release anyway, you need to get a valid licence or you're knackered anyway

Essential Edition License will show invalid any release prior to R8.
If there is no upgrade license, that is an old demo kit.
There should be an upgrade license, You need to get it on R8.1 or R9, for the Combo cards to work properly.
