I have IPO CCR 8.0.9.13 installed on Server 2008 and connected to a local AvayaSBCCRT database. When I go to the CCRWebClient page all I see is the Avaya logo and "IP Office Customer Call Reporter" no prompt for login or anything else.

Does anyone know what is going on?

Did you follow the installation procedures by the book, step by step?

This is a system that was in place before I took over. It was running 1.2 and hasn't worked since I don't know when. I thought that maybe an upgrade/reinstall would fix it. As far as following instructions I just went through the install wizard. It seemed straight forward enough.

Did you upgrade the SQL to 2008 too?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

It was already running 2008

Is the IPO also on 8.0?
I would try a reinstall of ccr.
The database can be reused.

I have been poking around in the logs and made some progress. The reason the login prompt wasn't coming up was because the services were not able to reach 127.0.0.1. That has been resolved and now I get repeatable errors whenever I attempt to login.

check your IIS setting. and also, install the SQL ADVANCE EXPRESS EDITION 2008.

Is there any specific feature of Advance Edition that I am looking for? Also, is there any specific IIS setting that can cause the errors seen above?

i am having this same problem right now. i upgraded from 6.1 to 8. i was able to login at first, but now it says "Contact CCR administrator for this error" But it doesnt give any information on whats going on.

Are you running Contact Store in the same machine? just wondering.

have tried clearing event logs, they just keep coming back. IIS is V6 and I am not running Contact Store, its a server dedicated to CCR.

Mine worked unti I restored the database from 6.1. I followed the directions from the KB for restoring the database.
