IPO CCR issue - Link Down 2

Hi All,

I have issue with CCR.

I trace issue in event viewer it show error :

“The Data Analyzer Service experienced communication failure with the IP Office. 172.20.0.11”

Same error with other AVAYA services.

This cause the CCR Link down. (its like the Service is restarted for moment)

What version are you running (IPO and CCR) ?
What change did you made before the issue occurred ?
 
Have any of the passwords in the IP Office changed???

 
Hello ...

The IPO and CCR is version 8.1 Service Pack 10
This Issue is occured after upgraded the IPO to Rls 8.1 SP10
I have changed the IPO Connection Password in the Security Settings and updated it in CCR web Page.

Check with the IT department that passwords/permissions have not been updated on that server. If so, you will need to have them changed back.
 
Hi Dear ...

Can you explain me more, the password set to the server is the same password I enter when install the CCR software.
the server is Administrator and have full permissions.
