Hi
I had problems last month trying to get CCR 9.0.0.0 Build 189 on Windows server 2003 connecting with IPO 500v2 9.0.3. Build 941

After uninstalling CCR and installing a later version 9.0.4.0 CCR now connects to the switch.

Now I have a problem with the browser on the client computers (Windows 7 64bit)

Internet Explorer 11 - message says "Your client browser is incompatible with the IPOCCR client and you may experience visual defects on this session. Click OK to continue" - OK gives the login screen and freezes.

Chrome - Login screen appears and (not used CCR before) gives me a Dashboard for user. Entering credentials for Wallboard brings up "install silverlight" which is already installed.

Firefox behaves same as Chrome.

Do I need to install a later version of CCR. If a later release will resolve, please can anyone provide a link for a download.

It probably only supports IE 10.

Try adding the CCR site to the compatibility settings in IE11, it may work.

IE11 is not supported in CCR - playing with compatibility mode (which actually means run in "Quirks mode" like IE6 & earlier) is unlikely to fix things

Chrome & Firefox should both work (although there have been many new releases of both since this software was developed).

I would suggest uninstalling Silverlight & then following the links to re-install it

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Your CCR and IP Office firmware versions are different, and they shouldn't be. That could do with being sorted out so might as well upgrade to the last R9.0 service pack.

I think in the later service packs of R9.0, some of browser issues do go away, but CCR is becoming more of a pain these days that it was when it was current!!!!

Thanks Jamie - Windows with it's constant updates cause lots of problems for all user applications. Is there anywhere I can download a later version other than the Avaya site (don't have credentials) to perhaps resolve my problems. Thanks in anticipation. John

I'm afriad if you don't have an Avaya SSO login, you will need to go to your dealer to get this. I suggest you engage them also for the upgrade of the software.

This is assuming you have a contract with a business partner of course!! ;-)

If not, there is not a lot you can do here.

Thanks JinnaMuhammed - esr firefox seems to load the wallboard, will have to learn to drive.

Jamie77 I have a login for the Avaya site for a while but when I try to download anything it brings up PLDS screen saying I'm not registered ?
