Hi,

I've downgraded a ipoffice from 10.1 to 10.0.6.

Since then it is in basic mode.

When i go to file advance switch to standard mode, this menu is grey out, i can't select it.

How can i change the ipoffice mode ?

Default the configuration. It should then ask when you start to set it up whether it should be in Basic or Standard.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Connect a serial cable to the IP500 and type at-debug
Then type help to search for the command to set it to standard mode.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Issue is fixed.

We have reupgraded the ipo and send system files from the networks.

Looks fixed
