IPO 9 <--> Panasonic TDA 100

Hi!

Trying to connect Avaya IP Office 9.0 (v1) to Panasonic TDA 100 with IP-GW4(TDA0484) card installed.

We have a problem with routing calls from Avaya to Panasonic.

When dialing pressing digits on keypad, call is established
When pressing redial button, call is not established (unobtainable)

I've attached the Wireshark capture of the calls
Packet 15 - success
Packet 725 - nonsuccess.

There's only 1 difference between those call - in failed call there's "Setup Complete" message, and no such message in success call.

Can you tell me please what to change in avaya or Panasonic config to fix the issue?

Probably, but wireshark traces are useless for troubleshooting this, you need system traces :)

 
You need traces with just the default filters enabled, nothing more nothing less, that will tell you all you need to know on the Avaya side :)
