I have a client that we are about to install a 9.1 IPO with 150 IP sets. Threw a last minute curve ball at us asking for Lync Integration.
From what I can tell (since Avaya's docs are SO HELPFUL
) we need SIP Trunk licenses to go between the Lync Server and the Avaya PBX.
But do we need One-X USER licenses? Found some info about using the Avaya Lync Integration app, and needing One-X with User licenses for the application. Site is NOT using desktop apps currently, their just routing lync calls through the pbx for phone lines....so do we need One-X and USER licenses or just the SIP Trunk licenses?
Any help would be appreciated!
