I see that Service pack 4 was finally released today! Hopefully this will incorporate some of the fixes for the 9.0 bugs....

8.1 SP 10 too.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

If you are on 9.0 then you can upgrade to 9.0 SP4
If you are on 8.1 then you can upgrade to 8.1 SP10
Within the same release it is free.

Admin 8.1 is at 800Kb/s now and that is not my download limit :)
It went down after being told by OP :)
And yes by PLDS.

Oh Jeeze... So sorry for sharing what a lot of people were waiting for on an IP Office forum!

Stating a fact isn't a personal attack on you, no need to be so touchy :)

Rgunter, i was being sarcastic :)
No offence to you at all and i think it is good to share this info as i was waiting too.
I had noticed it and was about to share it but you did it just before i could do it.

Thanks, and no worries!
Say, question for you guys - on the release notes for sp4 it shows that it delivers the following firmware:
9608 / 9608G / 9611 Telephone Firmware (Application file): 6.3.1.16_V452
9608 / 9608G / 9611 / 9621 / 9641 Kernel: V13r94

However, I am currently using firmware version 6.4.0.14_V452 & Kernel V22r11 on our 9608 & 9611G's
Why wouldn't they incorporate the latest firmware in the release, and would you recommend keeping the current version?
Thanks,

i would keep the current.
I think the version you have will be in the next release.

Haven't seen a "Technical Bulletin" for service pack 4 yet though. Just curious what is listed as "bug" fixes.

When you go to the download then it is on the right site.

Just a few minor "reboot" issues which won't happen if the system is not used so advise the customer not to use the system then there is no problem.

There are a whole lot of bugfixes. Gonne be a busy week for me next week :)

Why?
