IPO 500V2 9.0.12 no audio on embedded VM

Hello team members.
I have an issue with an IP0500V2 9.0.12 where when i hit *17 i cannot hear anything on voicemail , also same applies with trying to login to first auto attendant by pressing * 8101.
Any ideas?

An update on this , i just tried a 1416 set and audio is fine. So the issue is with the 1408 IP sets.
any ideas?

I have had this issue many times and a reboot or power cycle fixes the problem but then a couple months later it happens again. Sometimes the SD card is full because users don't delete their old messages and there doesn't seem to be a housekeeping feature for embedded.
