We tried to reset the IPO by pressing reset button (Erase All) and now we are not able to login to IPO or ping it.
I am afraid that the IPO firmware got corrupted, i tried the DTE option but even after hitting the ESC button i am not getting the option to enter command, its stuck on the below scree:

How can i solve the issue?

IPO 500 v2
SD card on release 9.1

Maybe you shouldn't hit the reset button before knowing what will actually happen, and there is usually no reason to press it.

Since it no longer has any firmware you need to start Manager and point the .bin directory to the location of the firmware so the IPO can download it.
Manager needs to be on the same network and your IPO probably has IP 192.168.42.1 now.

How can i do it ?

There are already posts (and I think FAQs) on this site in regards to doing this. Please look harder on the issue before trying to get someone to do your job for you. If it is outside your expertise then you should be hiring someone who can do it for you.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

And if you used windows to format the SD card, you have likely screwed that also :)

Have you tried rebooting with Manger application open? It may try to get files from manager if it isn't toast

Thanks all,
Solved the issue by creating the BOOTP entry in manager and pointing it to the IPO to download the BIN file from PC on which manager was installed.
Once the BIN file was completely downloaded the system booted normally.

amriddle01,
I forgot that i need to enable advance view to get the option to add BOOTP. Read other articles in the forum and it helped me to solve the issue.
