iPhone Upgrade on UCA

Hello out there,
I have a problem with an iPhone which recently upgraded it's UCA app. The softphone part works fine but the contacts list won't populate. Any ideas????
 
Versions versions versions ?
Would be helpful to know UCA /Mas server version ,UCA Iphone ap version , Iphone IOS version Iphone type.



If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

My versions are as follows:
Mitel Applications Suite 5.0.61.0
Mitel Standard Linux 10.0.37
Mitel Border Gateway 8.0.12.0
Mitel Unified Communications Server 6.0.30.0
UCA Mobile for iPhone 6.0.222
iPhone IOS 7.1

Any pointers would be appreciated.
 
I would suggest upgrading the MAS to 5.0.216.0

or reinstalling the old iphone client .

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
 
You need to upgrade MAS to 5.0.216.0. The iPhone client was updated to work with that version of MAS. We have UCA on iPhones working fine with latest MAS release.
