Nope, it just goes default after a reboot.
We (i and the reseller) found out that the customer could not record a greeting on the EVM.
Deleted the messages who had no codec and all where the same exact size.
Gave the thing a reboot and it was default.
I tried to send a backup and looked ok but after the reboot it stayed default.
I could not send the config with the embedded file management, it was just blocked.
After removing the SD card and re-seating it i was able so send the backup config in the system.
Can you solve it right now ?
Make trace of those card messages !!!
You will need them to build a case !!!
I have seen it happen but did not save them because i needed it running again.
I have not seen it again.
Just had this myself, this does not bode well fot the V2, it just defaulted itself completely out the blue, would not take any changes to the default config or accept an "Offline, Send config" of a good config until it had been power cycled a couple of times ....Congrats Avaya on a great new product

I've just bought a brand new car and on the way out of the dealership the engine seized, they want £2000 paid in advance to look at it which they will keep if they can find a way to blame me for it......Remind you of anything
Have one now who does not like changes either.
It just does not except it and stays the way it is.
Perhaps that is why the Q2 trial still isn't started.
This was a Medical centre in the middle of London, all IP phones, this is one of our best customers and they are finding it hard believing me that it's a fault with the new system as it's less than 1 month old, and I can't blaim them I probably wouldn't acceptthat someone would launch something like that and if they did, when this problem arose they would not immediatly put out some kind of correction notice/product recall. Because as things stand I can't prove anything

I have just raised a case about SD problems.
I even have a trace where you can see it!
The card is going in read only mode:

I ran a trace while I was sending the Offline config and it just said "deleting config", restarting config wake up etc as it normally does, nothing that would hint at any issue at all even though it wasn't actually taking any changes, so there was Zero point sending it to Avaya as they just say "It looks ok to us" and "Do you have a trace of when it happened" ........Obviously not as my crystal ball is in for cleaning so I didn't know to run a trace before the system randomly defaulted itself

Is kind of worrying, we have several of our big customers with these now and some are like 100+ seat call centres, others have another 15 systems on order so if this happens to them it'll be very bad news to say the least
