Anyone familiar with this denial event ??

all help is appreciated.

Just sounds like IPO answering that the destination is busy. You'd be best to post there with a monitor trace to figure out why it's not doing what you're expecting.

is the number on the g450 in the public unknown numbering plan?

Yes just tested with the number placed into Public unknown and its still spitting out the denial event. Banging my head on the table at the moment lol.
And I did a trace in IPO and the IPO doesnt see the call even hitting its SIP trunk.

just for kicks, enter that same info in the private unknown numbering table

Entered in both Private and Public, still denying me.... Any other ideas ?

Any trunks on the g450 that you could route call out on?

No, This is a temporary implementation. I was trying to get rid of the current G600 with exact same config (and was working with integration of IPO) and place the G450. Although, this is giving me a headache. I want to point fingers toward IPO but not experienced in IPO to say configuration is wrong.

I would be curious to see a trace from the IP Office side

Nothing shows on the trace,

Not the trunk between the two (IPO and G450). Nor on the SIP trunking either. I would post if there was any thing that showed. Unfortunately there isn't anything showing. Ive hit a dead end, friend lol. I cant think of what it could be thats denying my call and making it a "user busy" denial and with the IPO not having any kind of information its not helping me any. OH and why would I have connectivity "In-Service" trunks with IPO if IPO doesnt see me.

from the IP Office side only, can you make outbound calls from a phone on the IP Office going out on the sip trunk from IP Office side?

also try inserting a 9 in the route pattern on the cm side as it gets to the ipoffice and then it is using it's ars table

Yes outbound calls from IP phone registered to IPO work perfectly fine,

And IPO routing doesn't need a 9 to dial out (or they must be implementing in a route)

I even stripped my 9 via route side (on G450) to see if something weird was happening with what was being outpulsed. No luck.

how are calls on the ip office side making outbound calls then, what do they dial

can you send me the config from the ip office side so I can look at it

Not sure out to export IPO information. not like good Emulation, anyhow. Getting late and Ill probably escalate the situation tomorrow. Ill Keep you posted ! thanks for all your help Joe

no worries you would just go to file/save config as/ also from researching this it all points to the sip provider, just google that denial event

I wanted to say the same, But makes no sense why the old setup (G600) can make calls via the IP trunk to IPO through SIP but G450 Cant. As much as I want to say its provider, I cant fully. And As much I dont want to say its my config... I dont believe it is my config lol. I literally Mirrored the config from the G600. If it was a provider issue Id have the same issue all around, right ?

I bet my money its the IPO config somewhere.

As a side note, the G450 used the same IP trunk as the G600 (We just changed the IP to point to the G450).
