IP office voice mail 1

How do I reset the voice mail code for a user. I went into the user record and clicked on the voice mail tap and entered a new code. I then saved the record and saved the changes. The new code will not work. Am I doing it the wrong way?
 
Check the source number on the user, do you have a V +extension number in it?

What version of VMPro or lite?

so 1331 is also the extension number?

I'm sure you did this, but you need to change it in both the voicemail code field and confirm voicemail code field.
 
Yes I did add code in both fields I just restarted the service and need to wiat for the user to get into the office. Thanks for all the help. I hope that this works
