IP office voice mail 1

How do I reset the voice mail code for a user. I went into the user record and clicked on the voice mail tap and entered a new code. I then saved the record and saved the changes. The new code will not work. Am I doing it the wrong way?

i already got the exam one. thanks for that. got 698 out of 1000 on the telecoms bit without any help or revision. i guess thats not too bad?

After learning for a while i had 1 or 2 fault answer out of 240 questions
When i knew the forst one i did the same for the second and so on and on and then i did all 1000 a couple of times
698 is not bad
