Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help me, I have two sites with h323 trunk and IP Office SCN feature, I can call each one in a transparent way, but when activated the SCN feature my operator (zero) stopped working, I mean, on site B it is working well, but if I dial zero on site A, the call tries to go to site B trough the H323 line instead of going to the site A operator.

The question is:

Is there any way for each site to have its own operator?. If I dial zero on site A, it goes to site A operator. If I dial zero on site B, it goes to site B operator. Or do I have to program different numbering.

Thanks for your help!

Extension numbers must be unique, just make local operators 200 or 300 etc, people soon learn :)

Thanks amriddle01 actually I have extension 400 as operator on site A, and 2000 as operator on site B, but, even the zero? I mean, I understand I would be able to use zero to call only one operator in only one site, or can I have zero to different destinations on each site?

short code
site A = O dial 400
site B = 0 dial 2000

It's only dialtone!!!
