Is it possible to start and stop email recordings. To meet compliance challenges when a client calls requesting particular info we conference into another extension that is set to record via email immediately. The process works great, but we cannot interrupt the recording at the end of the needed discussion time. Sometimes there times when we need to talk beyond the critical data time, that we are not allowed to record. We tried the recording via shortcode process. We found that we were not able to properly backup our files.
Any Ideas, I am fairly new to phone system design.
