I put in a new IP office in standard mode at a clients office. After setting everything up it worked great, at first. Clipping or skipping if you want to call it started happening in the system during phone calls and other parts of the system. For example, sometimes when people called the phone would be distorted and skipping during conversation and other times it is fine. Also, if someone calls while no one is in the office and leave a message in the general voice mail and they transfer it to someone else to hear it, the voice mail would skip and be distorted but the first time someone listened to it it is fine.
Tried changing the system, changing the SD card, and even had verizon/comcast (forget which one) come out and check their lines before it even gets to the system multiple times and they are saying its good.
Before on their old system everything worked fine and they never had this happen. I can't seem to figure out whats wrong and everyone I asked has no idea what the problem could be. Some have recommended to try and let the Automatic Balance Impedance Match run on all of the lines coming in. Would that help or does anyone else know what the problem could be? Thanks!
