Looking for some assistance. We have 2 IPOs on 9.1.3 connected over SCN which has been working for years. Customer is now asking to be able to Park Calls between sites. The Call Parks on both systems on the button programming are setup the same with the action data being 201, 202, 203. In the park/page settings we have 2xx setup. From everything I see, there should be no issues parking between sites but site 2 Park keys do not light when a Call is parked on site 1. Any ideas?

Could try upgrading both sides to R9.1.12 as early releases of R9.1 were not so great.
How is the SCN line setup is it proprietary or websocket? If proprietary try websocket I find it tends to work better.
The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
