Hi

Coming from a CM system using VDN's and variables to route calls from one vector to IP office, Users have incoming DDI's, the numbers do not relate to the User extensions, i'm looking for a way to give an incoming number time of day, holiday control, play an announcement and then route to the person who's DDI this is in VM Pro, previously I would have used a route to V5 command in a vector that had time of day etc. Is there a way to lookup the incoming number and match to the user ext in VM Pro?

Ideally i did not want to have to build a separate module for each DDI!!

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Would help to know how many DDIs?

It may be easiest to just create Incoming Call Routes in the IP Office config for each. But at the moment you haven't told us if its 2, 20 or 200.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Hi

Sorry sizbut It's around 250-300 DDI's, i had also copied the wrong description, i have incoming call routes currently mapped to the users, but i need to add time of day, holiday control and play a greeting announcement, whilst i currently use time profiles for the time of day and holiday control, i'm struggling to have the greeting announcement without using a VM Pro module, but it's returning the call back to the user after the announcement that i cannot figure out

Found a post on referencing the tag field on the incoming call royte as the internal extension number and routing the call to $TAG, works like a charm
