IP Office 9.1 with contact Center 9.1 1

Hi All
I am working on a Contact center 9.1 but I cant seems to get it work properly. Have anyone work on this as yet? if so do you know if CTI license is required on the IP office to make this work?

What version on IPOCC are you using? what exactly isn't working?

When I call the sip extension I get a busy. Also when I try login in using the client it would not login in phone I always gets an error.
 
Hi,

Yes you need a CTI license but it should be automatically generated when purchasing IPOCC license.
You should user TTConsole and Monitor to see what is going wrong.
