Thanks I will have the customer do this and will let you know the end results, thanks for your time.

no problem, hope it will work. It usually does for me as Java updates break every few versions the SSA

West customer finally got back to me he did as you told me to complete uninstall and then a fresh reinstall, still not able to open system status with a java version of 1.8 but 1.7 does work. Any way to make system status work with java version 1.8?

See above, I selected to upgrade Java and it says 1.7 is the latest. They haven't followed one of those fake update Java webpages have they? Those area scam to get a virus on your PC :)

Andy this is what I get clearly you can see version 8 below, kind of confused here

I'm at Java 8.25 and my system status works. I have IPO R9.0.4.0.965 loaded though. Do you have the latest IPO software?

No my customer is at 9 0 3 941 so maybe that is why yours is working

I am on 7 as well not sure what my cust is on, I will just tell him to downgrade back to verson 1.7

If I check on the website it says 8 update 25 is available, but when checking my version it detects the version I posted and says it's the "recommended version", perhaps 8.25 has issues/is beta :)

same here but not going to upgrade just for the sake of upgrading so I guess he will just have to down grade to 1.7 if I can not find a work around, but just wanted to thank you guys for your time and effort, most appreciated!
