IP Office 6.1 Phone firmware problem

Usually happens on systems with combo cards, some just will not upgrade no matter what you do. Solution is a DS8 in the system but sometimes even that wont work (never worked out why), then the only solution is using another system on the same level to upgrade them.
Using a different file server doesn't help either as it's not the file server it's the system/cards causing the issue
