IP Office 500 V8.0 Visual Voice Not working

I have just upgraded a customer's IP Office 500 to V8.0 and all is working well except for the visual voice on 2x 1416 phones. It is the only 1416's they have. You can get as far as the listen option but from there on it does not act on the button to listen. Under the system tab/voicemail, the "messages goes to visual voice" square is ticked.

Any help would be much appreciated
 
I had a similar issue lately and it was occurring because the time on the system was incorrectly set initially, a test voicemail was left and then the system time was updated. We were then unable to retrieve the messages. My resolve was to manually delete the test messages and reboot.
