I have just upgraded a customer's IP Office 500 to V8.0 and all is working well except for the visual voice on 2x 1416 phones. It is the only 1416's they have. You can get as far as the listen option but from there on it does not act on the button to listen. Under the system tab/voicemail, the "messages goes to visual voice" square is ticked.
