Basic system with essential license. I have an auto attendant set up using all available options which rings different calling groups. I want to set up another auto attendant once the customer doesn't receive an answer within the calling group as to which person they would like to leave a message with. Also I have one truck line that will not ring into the auto attendant and just ring its own calling group. Just wondering if someone could could me a little technical help to make sure I have it set up right...Also instead of calling groups should I set this up as a collective hunt group instead?
