IP Office 500 v2 help with auto attendant

Basic system with essential license. I have an auto attendant set up using all available options which rings different calling groups. I want to set up another auto attendant once the customer doesn't receive an answer within the calling group as to which person they would like to leave a message with. Also I have one truck line that will not ring into the auto attendant and just ring its own calling group. Just wondering if someone could could me a little technical help to make sure I have it set up right...Also instead of calling groups should I set this up as a collective hunt group instead?

Can't be done out of the box... But if you have experience with the system AND the willingness to search this forum the, basic steps to trick the system into what you ask are:

Create a phantom/virtual extension that has call forwarding unconditional to a auto attendant menu.

On your hunt group (which should be set to collective call waiting), create a overflow hunt group which has just the phantom/virtual extension you created.

Then when the hunt group value to overflow occurs, the overflow will go to the second hunt group with just the one extension which is set to forward to the auto attendant of your choice.
 
I appreciate your help! I do have it semi working.... Just another question and maybe I am looking at this with strained eyes.

I created my voicemail attendant called SupAA and added the two extensions that I want the auto attendant to be able to reach
Created a shortcode at *99 Feature Auto Attendant telephone number AA:SupAA
I built a phantom user at extension 300 called SupOF. I forwarded ext 300 to *99 unconditionally checked hunt groups and forward internal calls
I built a new hunt group calls supervisor HG at ext 500 . I added the phantom user of SupOF to the user list .(the ring mode is sequential)
I went to the "Main Hunt Group to which calls ring which is SupervisorGP left the no answer time to the default of 15 seconds. I made sure that the voice mail was shut off. Ring mode is collective. I went to the overflow tab and made sure that the no answer time was 14 seconds.

When the calls come in.. they hit the option of 1 )which is supervisor GP. The auto attendant automatically comes on (8402) without the two extensions ringing. I would like them to ring 4 times before the auto attendant comes on giving the caller a choice of who to leave the message with.

I must be missing something here. Any help would be greatly appreciated
