IP Office 500 System Keeps Resetting

I've got a site with an IP Office 500 that keeps resetting. The phones keep losing programming, except for the locked buttons. The firmware has been upgraded to the latest revision, the IPO was upgraded to Professional, and it's not on the Network (it uses a Data switch) for the phone system to talk to the network, per the customer's request.

Any ideas? What other info do you need from me in order to offer a solution?
 
When you say "resetting" what does that mean. You should run sysmon and post the trace of the "resetting" event.
 
Do you have a softconsole on that site??? See if 2nd call into the console causes it. If so, ask your disti for the PB.

We had this issue, it was when the receptionist used CTRL-T to transfer a call it caused an instant restart.

Used a PB to resolve.
