I have quintum (fxo port) registered as sip extension on IP Office 500. From ip office make call to quintum was success. But if pstn call to fxo (quintum), i can't call to extension avaya. The log show anonymous@"ip quintum". Can avaya allow call from anonymous ?

You are calling to extension 600, is that a valid number in the IP Office?
anonymous is just the display information and not the dialled number.
In monitor in the call filter select the shortcode messages and look if the dialled number by the SIP phone is recognized.

600 is sip extension ( grandstream ) already registered to IP Office. The quintum extension is 500.

why are you using the quintum as an endpoint, surely it will be better configued as a SIP trunk and create an internal dial plan for the fx0 ports?

yes, we already configure quintum as sip trunk, but it will conflict with the sip extension (in this case sip phone grandstream as sip extension). Because they are behind router (NAT).

conflict?

why would of conflict?

we use quintum and all it does is pass through from one media form to another in this case, fxs/fxo ports to sip. a media gateway. if you have configured the quintum as a SIP trunk then it shouldnt be extn 500? you would set up a dial plan for your quintum and that just passes down to the IPO.

hi thx for the reply.

conflict occur due to quintum (sip trunk) and grandstream (sipextension), both of two device in behind router network (NAT).
Then they registered with 1 ip address (ip router)
